Characteristics and Applications

EL-10 EL-12 EL-20 HEL-20	These substances dissolve in most organic solvents and disperses in water, exhibiting excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties. In the textile industry, it is a key component in spinning oils for synthetic fibers like polyester and polyacrylonitrile, offering emulsification and antistatic benefits, softening, and reducing yarn breakage. HEL-20 also has low coking at high temperatures. In pharmaceuticals, it serves as an emulsifier in ointments, creams, and emulsions. Additionally, it acts as an emulsifier for pesticides, emulsion polymerization, water-soluble metal cutting fluids, and household cleaning products, enhancing stability and performance.
EL-30 EL-40 HEL-40	EL-30, EL-40, and HEL-40 dissolve easily in water, fatty acids, and organic solvents, with excellent emulsifying properties. They are used as emulsifiers in inks, pharmaceuticals, and organophosphate pesticides. As o/w emulsifiers, they emulsify various vegetable, animal, and mineral oils. EL-40 is used in the textile industry for wool, wool oil, and synthetic fiber oils, offering emulsifying and antistatic effects, and reducing foam in slurries. EL-40 also has excellent dispersing and colloidal protection, is easy to wash out, and resistant to hard water. Additionally, it is used in crude oil dehydration, metal cutting fluids, and HEL-40 as a pharmaceutical solubilizer.
EL-60	EL-60 is an o/w emulsifier used in synthetic fiber and wool oils, pesticides, crude oil dehydration, inks, and printing pastes. It emulsifies various oils, serves in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals as an emulsifier, fattening, and moisturizing agent, and is used in shampoos, skincare products, and metal cutting fluids.
EL-80	EL-80 stands out for its exceptional emulsifying properties and compatibility with fatty acids and organic solvents. In the textile industry, it is utilized in synthetic fiber oils like acrylic and polypropylene, imparting antistatic effects and enhancing fiber smoothness.
